In less than a week, a team from Baybrook Baptist will be on a plane flying to Cape Town, South Africa. We are very excited! We will be working with Tim and Leslie Black and the Zanokhanyo project ministering in schools, an orphanage, and door to door ministry in the Langa township. Keep an eye on this page or on our Facebook page (link to the right) as we will be updating them with blurbs about what God is doing in, through, and around us during this trip.

Prayer Points
Discernment: Philippians 1:9-11
And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in real knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve the things that are excellent, in order to be sincere and blameless until the day of Christ; having been filled with the fruit of righteousness which comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God
Spiritual Warfare: Eph 6:10-12
Finally, be strong in the Lord and mighty in His power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rules, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Boldness: Eph 6:19
Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel
Protection: Psalm 91:9-10
Because you have made the LORD your dwelling place – the Most High who is my refuge – no evil shall be allowed to befall you, no plague come near your tent.
Strength: Isaiah 40:31
But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faith.
Restoration: Isaiah 61:1
The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach the good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness the prisoners.
