JESUS' BLOOD IS GREATER

Mar 15, 2026    Chris Cooper

The author explains that Jesus is the mediator of a new covenant, securing redemption through His death so that those called may receive the promised eternal inheritance. Just as covenants in the Old Testament were inaugurated with blood, the new covenant required a better sacrifice—Christ’s own blood—to cleanse not merely the earthly tabernacle but the heavenly realities themselves. Unlike the repeated sacrifices of the old system, Jesus offered Himself once for all, putting away sin by His single, perfect sacrifice. He now appears in God’s presence on our behalf and will return—not to deal with sin again, but to bring salvation to those eagerly waiting for Him.
