NEVER SHRINKING BACK
Apr 26, 2026 • Joe Schwenk
Hebrews 10:32–39 calls believers to remember their earlier days of faith, when they endured suffering with courage, joy, and solidarity because their hope was anchored in a better, lasting possession. The writer urges them not to throw away their confidence now, reminding them that endurance is necessary to receive what God has promised. The passage ends with a sober but hopeful contrast: we are not those who shrink back to destruction, but those who have faith and preserve their souls.
